"The Whole Flower" doula service package, is really the whole shebang! It includes:

• An initial free consultation where I can answer questions about myself and my services

• 1 or 2 prenatal visits (depending on your personal preference)

• Text/phone/email support from the time of hire until four weeks postpartum 

• Assistance with drafting a birth plan

• Access to my birth/postpartum/herb book library until two weeks postpartum

• Labor support: rebozo techniques, coping exercises & techniques, gentle massage (I am not a licensed massage therapist), hip squeezes, emotional support for you and your hubby, coaching the hubby, etc.

• An essential oils diffuser on loan for two weeks after birth (optional but included with the package)

• Access to my recorded Zoom classes on the use of Young Living for an herbal/holistic birth

• The use of Young Living* essential oils during labor aromatically, therapeutically, medicinally (upon request but fully included)

• Backup doula in the unlikely event that I cannot attend your birth

• 2 postpartum visits (Additional visits available upon request - $50 for 90min)

• Resources for breast or bottle feeding, and the postpartum period
